Return or Exchanges
All sales are final. No returns are accepted. Exchange can only be made in case of our error.


Authorization Number (RA#) is required for all exchange merchandises.  You may contact us at 1-323-661-0131 to obtain the RA#.  All returned merchandises for exchange  must be made within 5 days upon receiving of your shipment and must be in original condition and packaging.  Return and re-delivery shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will refund the return item and pay for the return shipping cost only if the return is a result of our error. Items sold in Clearance or Special Sales are final, and are not returnable.  Credit will be provided for the price of the returned merchandises to your credit card account within 48 hours of receipt the returns.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel any order as long as the order status is "in process." If order status is "shipped," it cannot be canceled. Please call

Products Availability
Our product is one of a kind. There are no items alike. If a product becomes unavailable, it will be posted on the webpage immediately.

Sales Tax of 8.25% will be applied if your shipping address is in the state of California.

At Artistlore.com, we periodically update our system to ensure the accuracy of our pricing and product information. Despite our best efforts to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information, a small error might still occur.  In the event of any error due to typographical, photographic, technical, or pricing inaccuracies, we shall not responsible and shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed on products listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed.
